The first stage

The idea came in May. You can see the photos on the blog May 19th.
I started this etching on July 1st.
The first week, I decided composition, a size of image and how to make a texture of the table etc...
The second week, I prepared a copper plate and etched on it.
So far, I have one print for the etching. Now, I've been drawing on the plate for making gradation with aquatint. It takes time to do this process.
Hope I can post the next stage soon.

Cool, I wish I knew more about the process. I like the way you show your work through the stages of progression.

Thanks joseph. I know it's a lot of processes. Most of them are technical skills.
I'm not able to enjoy doing the processes. That's why I try something different like mixed media painting. i want it to be fun.
